Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

  • Work directly with Canyon Ranch guests and staff in the areas of spirituality and related activities.
  • Perform individual guest consultations, and provide guest follow-up when appropriate.
  • Facilitate group workshop sessions, and educational and engaging guest lectures.
  • Create spiritual wellness related materials for guests (e.g., lectures, handouts, etc.)
  • Assist in the development of departmental materials.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • You will need to have a Master’s degree in relevant field (Divinity, Spiritual or Pastoral Counseling, Spiritual Formation, etc.).
  • Experience in spiritual counseling, experiential journey work and/or related models of healing.
  • Public speaking experience and/or teaching experience
  • Group facilitation experience.
  • Experience in the practice of spiritual tradition/s.
