Responsibilities

Our Spiritual Wellness Providers work directly with Canyon Ranch guests and staff in the areas of spirituality and related activities. In this role, you will perform individual guest consultations, and provide guest follow-up when appropriate. You will facilitate group workshop sessions, and educational and engaging guest lectures. You will also create spiritual wellness related materials for guests (e.g., lectures, handouts, etc.) and assist in the development of departmental materials (e.g., SOPs).


Qualifications

You will need to have a Master’s degree in relevant field (Divinity, Spiritual or Pastoral Counseling, Spiritual Formation, etc.). (Or, any combination of academic education, professional training or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.)

You will also be expected to have any certifications/licenses in relevant fields, though equivalent training will be considered.

To be successful, you will need to possess 10 years' experience in spiritual counseling, experiential journey work and/or related models of healing, as well as 10 years' public speaking experience and/or teaching experience. Having a history of personal growth work and personal study, as well as extensive experience in the practice of spiritual tradition/s is expected of candidates, as is extensive group facilitation experience.

Compensation $39.00-$40.56 per hour pending experience.
