Spiritual Journey Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to provide high-quality therapy remotely. This full-time position allows you to focus exclusively on patient care, as all administrative responsibilities are managed by our supportive team. Your primary role will involve assessing clients, designing tailored treatment plans, and utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

Based in Franklin, Tennessee, our platform connects licensed therapists with pre-screened clients, focusing on providing care to individuals with lower acuity needs. This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work schedule from the comfort of your home while adhering to our structured operating hours. The ideal candidate will work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing essential services to clients across Tennessee. As part of our outpatient office model, you will engage with clients through secure teletherapy sessions, maintaining a professional yet warm therapeutic environment.

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand their mental health needs and backgrounds.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique circumstances and objectives.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to deliver effective treatment and foster progress.
• Facilitate remote therapy sessions that accommodate clients’ schedules and preferences, ensuring their comfort in the therapeutic process.
• Maintain meticulous client records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of industry trends.

Your primary focus will be on low-acuity clients who seek therapy for everyday life challenges rather than severe mental health disorders. This includes individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, relationship issues, and career transitions. You will play a critical role in guiding them toward improved well-being through empathetic listening and strategic intervention.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• A valid Tennessee license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, in good standing.
• At least two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, emphasizing excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing teletherapy technologies and electronic health record systems.

While not mandatory, prior experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of various therapeutic modalities will enhance your contribution to our team. A strong background in case management, along with an understanding of spiritual wellness in therapy, is highly regarded.
