Location: Greater Nashville area

Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Fee-Only Financial Advisor to join our team, expand their existing book of business, and potentially merge with our firm. The ideal candidate will work independently while collaborating with our successful team, benefiting from unlimited earning potential and opportunities to grow a thriving business leveraging our experienced leadership, reputation, and comprehensive range of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seamlessly transition an existing book of business and retain at least 60%.
  • Develop new client relationships through proactive engagement, networking, and referrals.
  • Deliver exceptional financial planning services, promote company offerings, and adhere to regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members, participate in meetings, training, and community events.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning or investment advisory.
  • Active Series 65/66 licenses; clean U-4 and U-5 history.
  • Preferred: CFP designation, Series 7, Life & Health Insurance licenses.
  • Proficiency in relationship management, communication, Microsoft Office, and E-Money software.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher is strongly preferred.
