The Athletic Director provides strategic, mission-centered leadership for Fenwick Athletics, overseeing the organization, administration, supervision, and growth of all athletic programs while building a culture rooted in faith, integrity, accountability, competitive excellence, and student-athlete formation. This position serves as the primary leader and public representative for Fenwick Athletics, managing department operations, coaches, events, facilities, compliance, communication, budgeting, fundraising coordination, and community engagement while working collaboratively with school administration, students, families, alumni, feeder schools, league/conference leadership, OHSAA representatives, and community partners to advance the overall student-athlete experience and long-term vision of the department.
