Job Summary: The Candidate will be supporting USSTRATCOM at Offutt AFB, NE. USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies.

SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety. Essential Functions: Experience in telecommunications network design and management. Experience in analysis and design of voice networks, LAN data networks, wireless networks, and/or network management systems to support voice and data services.

Must demonstrate the ability to work independently, or under only general direction, on requirements that are moderately complex to analyze, plan, program, and implement. Provides network engineering support for USSTRATCOM and RDT&E activities. Develops designs and plans for installation and maintenance of telecommunications systems from project inception to conclusion.

Experience in analyzing customer requirements and be able to assist customers with the processes for ordering, provisioning, activating DoD telecommunications services and the use of the aforementioned provisioning applications. Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connect, and Cisco Call Center Express Ability to provide Tier II VoIP support to USSTRATCOM users Experience with Service Now Closely coordinates with other information system professionals to ensure proper implementation of network services. Possess an understanding of the DoD and Air Force's organizational structure and installations Experience managing voice networks across classifications.

Knowledge Skills and Experience: 5+ yrs experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field One of FITSP-O, GFACT, CASP+, CCNP Security, CCSP or Security+ Security clearance: Top Secret (SCI eligibility required). Preferred Qualifications: Desired Certifications: CCNP, CCIE, CCDP, CCDE, CCNA
