Position Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Specification Manager to drive national account growth by building strong relationships with architects, consultants, and corporate clients. This role partners closely with Regional Sales Leaders to execute sales strategy, increase product specifications, and deliver profitable growth across key accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage relationships with national and regional corporate accounts, architects, and consultants ย 
  • Execute sales strategies in partnership with Regional Sales Leaders and cross-functional teamsย 
  • Drive specification and adoption of key products across national accountsย 
  • Monitor market activity and provide updates on opportunities, trends, and competitive insightsย 
  • Forecast and track account performance, including revenue and costsย 
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and sales teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfactionย 
  • Build relationships with large property owners and key decision-makersย 

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of roofing or related construction sales experience, preferably supporting national accountsย 
  • Proven ability to grow accounts and influence specificationsย 
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skillsย 
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regionsย 
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)ย 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365ย
