Job Description

Sika Corporation is seeking a dynamic, technically skilled professional to lead the growth of our Sikalastic Liquid-Applied Membrane (LAM) systems in the Dallas/ Fort worth, TX area. This role blends technical expertise, specification influence, contractor training, and sales enablement to drive market expansion and ensure successful project execution.

Specific Responsibilities:  

  • Develop and influence specifications with architects, engineers, and consultants.
  • Identify and grow opportunities in roofing, plaza decks, and restoration markets.
  • Support sales reps with project acquisition, pricing, technical guidance, and closure.
  • Deliver AIA-accredited and technical presentations.
  • Train internal sales teams and distribution partners on LAM systems and value-based selling.
  • Build strong relationships with contractors and conduct hands-on installation training.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Windows Applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook             
  • Technical understanding of roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems
  • Ability to read plans/specs and recommend system solutions
  • Strong presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills
  • Comfort working on jobsites and solving real-world installation challenges
  • Collaborative mindset aligned with Sika’s “One Sika” culture
