Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Spanish Teacher role located in Miami, FL. The Spanish Teacher will design and deliver engaging Spanish language lessons aligned with school standards and student needs. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assessing student progress, providing feedback, and offering additional support through tutoring or small-group instruction. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, participate in school events and professional development, and contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports both academic and artisti

c growth.


Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Spanish Teaching and general Teaching skills, with the ability to instruct diverse learners at various proficiency levels.
  • Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development skills to create structured, standards-based, and engaging instructional materials.
  • Candidates should possess Tutoring skills to provide individualized or small-group support and reinforcement beyond regular classroom instruction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, Education, or a related field; valid teaching certification or eligibility to obtain certification in Florida preferred.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish; ability to communicate clearly in English with students, families, and colleagues.
  • Classroom management abilities, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive teaching practices.
  • Previous experience teaching Spanish at the middle or high school level and familiarity with arts-focused or charter school environments is beneficial.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and collaborate with faculty to support the school’s mission and student success.
