By managing reservations, assisting guests, and supporting daily operations, you help build a spa environment known for comfort, care, and exceptional service.

How You'll Shape The Experience
  • Greet guests warmly and guide them through their spa experience.
  • Manage reservations, schedules, check-ins, and check-outs with accuracy and ease.
  • Answer phone calls and emails professionally, providing helpful information.
  • Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Recommend spa treatments and retail products based on guest needs.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming reception and retail area.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with inventory and notify management of low stock.
  • Uphold confidentiality and ensure a calm, respectful atmosphere.
  • Other duties as assigned.
