You mentor Lead PMs and delivery teams, drive delivery governance across engagements, contribute consultatively to client outcomes, and help shape the standards and methodologies used across the Delivery Management community.
Responsibilities

You own delivery health across multiple concurrent engagements, ensuring consistent execution, predictable reporting, and effective management of cross-team dependencies and risks.
  • Own delivery across multiple concurrent engagements or workstreams.
  • Ensure consistency in delivery execution and reporting across teams.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and escalations to keep delivery on track.
  • Assess parallel or competing change initiatives that may cause change saturation, and develop strategies to minimize delivery risk.

Team & Capability Development
You grow the capability of the delivery organization by mentoring Lead Project Managers and delivery teams, and by helping shape the standards that the broader Delivery Management community operates against.
  • Mentor Lead Project Managers and delivery teams on delivery practices and client engagement.
  • Model servant leadership and provide frequent, honest feedback that helps team members grow.
  • Contribute to community leadership and the development of delivery standards across the practice.
  • Establish clear performance standards aligned to outcomes, recognize strong performance, and address performance gaps through structured, outcome-focused conversations.

Agile & Methodology
You bring judgment to selecting and applying the right delivery methodology for each engagement, and you continuously raise the bar on delivery efficiency and process maturity.
  • Assess and apply appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) based on engagement context.
  • Drive process improvement and delivery efficiency across teams and engagements.

Client Engagement
You act as a consultative partner and internal advocate for clients, providing strategic guidance, aligning stakeholders, and resolving conflict to keep delivery and client outcomes in lockstep across multiple engagements.
  • Provide strategic, consultative guidance to clients, leveraging industry experience and best practices to help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Advocate for clients internally, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed effectively by cross-functional teams such as sales, operations, and support.
  • Support stakeholder alignment and lead conflict resolution across client and internal teams.

Pre-Sales
You contribute to growth by supporting scoping, estimation, and delivery planning for new and expanding engagements.
  • Support scoping, estimation, and delivery planning during pre-sales activities.
  • Partner with account and solution teams to ensure delivery readiness at engagement kickoff.

  • 5-7 years of Agile / delivery methodology experience.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple teams or projects simultaneously.
