Delivery Manager, Cybersecurity
The Cyber Delivery Manager is responsible for orchestrating and driving the successful delivery of cybersecurity capabilities that reduce risk, meet regulatory expectations, and enable business priorities. This role ensures cyber initiatives progress from strategy to execution through disciplined oversight, cross functional coordination, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Cyber Capability Delivery
  • Drive execution and completion of cybersecurity initiatives across domains such as IAM, cloud security, endpoint protection, data security, SIEM, vulnerability management, and GRC tooling
  • Ensure security solutions are implemented, operationalized, and adopted as intended
  • Maintain momentum from concept through delivery, resolving blockers and dependencies
  • Execution Oversight & Accountability
  • Own delivery outcomes for assigned cyber initiatives and portfolios
  • Track delivery health, risks, and interdependencies across technology and security teams
  • Proactively identify schedule, scope, and capability risks and drive corrective actions
  • Ensure delivery commitments are met in alignment with cyber strategy and risk priorities
  • Stakeholder & Cross Functional Leadership
  • Serve as the primary delivery interface between: Cybersecurity teams, Technology & Engineering organizations, Risk, Compliance, and Audit partners, Third-party vendors and integrators
  • Translate security objectives into clear execution expectations for delivery teams
  • Facilitate decision making and alignment across multiple stakeholders
  • Risk, Regulatory & Control Enablement
  • Ensure delivered capabilities support regulatory and audit requirements (e.g., FFIEC, SOX, PCI, SEC, NYDFS)
  • Track remediation commitments and control implementations tied to examinations and audits
  • Escalate delivery risks that may impact compliance posture or residual risk levels
  • Financial & Vendor Oversight
  • Support budget planning, forecasting, and investment tracking for cyber initiatives
  • Oversee vendor delivery performance, milestones, and outcomes
  • Ensure purchased security solutions deliver intended value and risk reduction
  • Reporting & Transparency
  • Provide clear, executive ready updates on delivery status, risks, and outcomes
  • Measure and communicate progress against cyber roadmaps and commitments
  • Enable leadership visibility into delivery confidence and execution challenges

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in information security
  • Prior experience implementing and supporting cybersecurity solutions for a large organization

Preferred Qualifications
  • 7 or more years of experience leading information security initiatives
  • Advanced knowledge of enterprise security disciplines across IAM, cloud security, endpoint protection, data security, SIEM, vulnerability management, and GRC
  • CISSP certification preferred

  • University (Degree) Preferred
