Solar Sales Representative - Community Solar

Zia CS Services, LLC DBA Solscribe

Albuquerque, NM โ€ข On-site

Full-time

Posted 4 days ago

Job description

Help New Mexicans save on their electric bills - and get paid for every enrollment.

Solscribe (Zia CS Services LLC) manages community solar subscriptions for New Mexico's Community Solar Program. Our solar farms feed clean energy into the PNM grid, and subscribers receive guaranteed savings on their monthly electric bill - with no panels on their roof, no equipment, no installation, and no cost to enroll. You're not selling a product that costs the customer money. You're offering one that saves it.

What you'll do:

- Enroll residential subscribers through community events, canvassing, referrals, and partner channels

- Walk customers through a fast, fully digital enrollment (about 10 minutes, signed electronically on the spot)

- Follow up on pending enrollments and keep your pipeline moving

- Represent the program accurately and professionally in line with New Mexico consumer protection rules

What we're looking for:

- Self-motivated and comfortable talking to people - sales or customer-facing experience helps, but isn't required

- Reliable transportation and a smartphone

- Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus

- Honest, coachable, and consistent

Compensation:

- 100% commission, paid per completed enrollment - uncapped

- Top performers control their own schedule and income

- Full training on the program, the pitch, and the enrollment tools provided

Community solar capacity in New Mexico is limited and allocated first-come, first-served - which means the best time to build a book of subscribers is right now.
