Job Summary
We are seeking a territory-based Field Sales Account Executive to drive growth within the merchant payments and fintech space. This role focuses on acquiring and managing SMB clients by selling payment processing, POS, and related fintech solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong history of quota achievement in a field sales environment.
Job Responsibilities
  • Prospect and close new business with small and mid-sized merchants

  • Sell payment processing, POS, and fintech solutions

  • Conduct in-person and outbound sales activity within your assigned territory

  • Manage leads, opportunities, and customer data in Salesforce

  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas

Required Qualifications
  • Candidate must reside within the defined territory

  • 1+ years of outside sales or field sales experience with the ability to be in the field a minimum of 75% of the time

  • Previous job titles clearly aligned to:

  • Outside Sales

  • Territory Sales

  • Account Executive

  • Business Development

  • Experience selling SaaS, POS, payments, merchant services, or fintech solutions

  • Compensation expectations:

  • Base: $50,000

  • OTE: $120,000+
