We are looking for a creative and innovative individual with deep expertise in opening and growing new accounts to create value for both the potential client and SolutionStream. A SolutionStream Sales Account Executive must be able to:
  • Engage in new and existing client development activities which includes cold calling, sourcing, qualifying initial clients, identifying executive decision makers, establishing contact relationships and follow-up client visits.
  • Drive SolutionStream's future growth by building relationships with prospective clients and turning them into satisfied SolutionStream customers.
  • Develop long-term partnerships with globally recognized companies.
  • Be an adept salesperson, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, especially CXO level.
  • Have experience working with and closing sales in mid-market companies and enterprise organizations.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the buyer journey and can lead a complex, multi-party sale in a highly consultative manner.
  • Accustomed to building value in competitive situations and enjoy working on opportunities that require strategic thinking, combined with technical knowledge.
  • Get excited about prospecting, and are capable of independently leading a sales cycle from start to finish.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding performance objectives (revenue targets, pipeline targets etc.)
  • Ability to engage clients at all levels, especially the C-Suite and Senior Executive level.
  • Articulate, excellent presentation and communication skills as well as strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive results.
  • A proven track record of over-achieving quotas of $1,000,000 or more.
  • Consultative selling experience - Able to partner with clients, establish trust, understand their needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business.
  • Organized and methodical; Strong time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Regularly assess performance against goals, achieve sales goals.
  • Ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships in complex hierarchical corporate environments
  • Experience selling technology services, custom software solutions and staffing very desirable.
