Job description

Kraftpowercon Inc is looking for a Sales Account Manager to work closely with our General Manager to identify potential business opportunities and convert them into profitable partnerships. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in client acquisition and have at least three years of relevant experience and a proven track record of success. The Sales Account Manager tracks potential opportunities, communicates with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, and oversees sales leads.

Account Management

  • Responsible for outsourced prospecting customers
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to decision-makers and individual contributors within each customer account.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of each customer's requirements
  • Represent Kraftpowercon to prospective customers, acting as the first point of contact in the sales process
  • On a daily basis, proactively engage customers to inform them about our products, services, and new developments
  • Prepare sales presentations, and proposals, and perform product/service demonstrations as necessary
  • Answer questions and inform prospective customers on behalf of Kraftpowercon
  • Archive sales opportunity targets and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Schedule, organize, and lead regular business review meetings with each customer

Building a Pipeline of Qualified Sales Opportunities:

The Sales Account Manager will work closely with our data and our sales team to accomplish the following:

  • Create and administer email campaigns in order to generate prospective customers that are interested in our products and services.
  • Develop expert-level working knowledge of Kraftpowercon automation tools, company/contact database, email, and phone communication technologies.
  • Target companies and engage technical decision-makers in products/service demos and sales calls.
  • Contact new customers to discuss how specific products or services can meet their needs.
  • Follow proven processes while looking for ways to improve and increase efficiency & results.

Sales Process and Strategy:

  • Initiate outbound email campaigns targeting our desired audience
  • Pre-screen responses to ensure that basic requirements are met.
  • Engage with leads to fully qualify the request for a quote.
  • After the quote is submitted, follow up with the customer as necessary to increase the likelihood of winning a purchase order.
  • Document all activity and necessary customer information in our CRM.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent successful experience in a similar industry role.
  • Experience of 3+ Years in Sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Good familiarity with AC & DC power conversion systems or Power Supply systems.
  • Experience in developing value propositions and consultative selling
  • Experience in Metal Finishing industries is preferred.
  • Cold Calling skills for new customer acquisition.
  • Experience and proven ability in managing Sales processes and Sales Operations for multiple opportunities.
  • Fluent in CRM - HubSpot, or others.
  •  

30% Travel, mostly within North America. Willingness to travel internationally to other KraftPowercon locations outside the US.
