Project Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of commercial construction projects
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting notes, and project documentation
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met
  • Track project schedules, budgets, invoices, and procurement activities
