Graham is actively recruiting for a Project Coordinator to support the Industrial Division. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role is integral to coordinating, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, and quality control throughout the pre-construction, construction, and close-out phases of medium to large ICI projects valued between $40M and $500M+. Working closely with senior staff, the Senior Project Coordinator ensures efficient project execution and compliance with company standards.

 

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site 

  • Coordinate Project Activities: Update schedules and budgets, maintain cost control, and monitor labour, material, and equipment throughout all project phases
  • Manage Documentation: Assist with drawings, revisions, site instructions, change orders, and maintain QA/QC and safety records
  • Support Meetings & Reporting: Attend project meetings, record minutes, track action items, and provide timely progress reports to the Project Manager
  • Oversee Change Management: Monitor change processes, identify and track change events, and prepare documentation for review
  • Ensure Safety & Quality Compliance: Implement and monitor the Project Specific Safety Plan (PSSP) and Quality Plan (PSQP), including KPIs and NCRs

  • Education: Technical Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, scheduling and project management software; strong coordination, documentation Skills
