As a Software Engineering Manager at TQL, you'll lead a team of developers responsible for building and supporting innovative software solutions that drive the business forward. In this role, you'll balance people leadership with technical direction, guiding teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions while continuously improving engineering practices and team effectiveness.
