Join our Customer Innovation revolution as we partner with global brands in building
software and AI-powered services that generate true value, guided by customer usage
and author-centric simplicity. As part of the AEM Co-Innovation Engineering (ACE) team,
you'll play a critical role in evolving the Adobe Experience Manager product.

What You Bring
  • Engineering Technical Depth: Degree or equivalent experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field along with 3+ years of provenhands-on experience with full-stack software development.
  • AEM Expertise: Confirmed expertise with sophisticated Adobe Experience Cloudimplementations and enterprise customer use cases, with specific experiencewith AEM as a Cloud Service, including Edge Delivery Services.
  • AI Focus: Demonstrated curiosity with AI experimentation and solutions. AI isembedded in your day-to-day, as you invent and tinker with the possibilities of AIin your free time. You keep ahead of market trends across third-party models,GPUs, and new AI applications.
  • Customer Centricity: Passion for ensuring outstanding customer experiences anda focus on excellence and simplicity.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $114,100 -- $214,950 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $148,500 - $214,950 In New York, the pay range for this position is $148,500 - $214,950 In Colorado, the pay range for this position is $129,600 - $187,650 In Washington, the pay range for this position is $135,100 - $195,550

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
