About the Opportunity: Our client is seeking a talented Software Development Engineer II to join a high-impact technology team focused on building scalable applications and automation solutions that support large-scale business operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on software engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, building highly scalable systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions.
• Build and maintain modern web applications and APIs.
• Contribute to architecture, system design, and technical planning discussions.
• Develop and enhance cloud-based applications and services.
• Participate in code reviews and champion engineering best practices.
• Build reliable, scalable systems capable of supporting enterprise-level operations.
• Partner closely with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across applications and development processes.

• Required Technologies: Java, React, AWS Cloud Services, API Development & Integration, Micro Frontend Architecture, Modern Front-End Development.

6+ years of software development experience across the full software development lifecycle. Experience with coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, automation, and production support. Experience designing and building scalable, distributed systems. Experience developing multi-tier web services and enterprise applications. Strong understanding of system reliability, performance, and scalability principles. Experience working within cloud-based application environments.

• Python development experience.
• Salesforce CRM development experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale modernization initiatives.
• Experience working within large, complex technology organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Has a strong engineering foundation and coding expertise.
• Can independently own projects from design through deployment.
• Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
