Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Software Engineer for test engineering. The candidate will translate requirements into automated verification scripts that validate system behavior, conduct root cause analysis on test results, produce test report summaries, and coordinate with the development team to resolve any issues. The ideal candidate will be a member of a high performing agile team. The candidate must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, time management, and interpersonal skills.
In this role, you must have demonstrated effective communication skills as the position will require frequent inter-organizational and outside customer interactions. The successful candidate will have experience and or knowledge of system testing and the ability to support travel for integration and test activities is required. Python development, Red Hat Linux Operating System knowledge, and hardware/software integration experience is required. Experience with Cloud Deployment Environment, Gitlab / JIRA, and working in an Agile environment is desired.
