Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join a thriving apartment community in West Palm Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of apartment leasing experience, excellent sales and customer service skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective and current residents. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are required, and Yardi experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Yardi experience preferred
  • Strong sales, marketing, and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing best practices
