Job Description

Are you looking for the next step in your sales career? Looking for a sales role that welcomes your competitive and winning personality? Wyyerd Fiber wants to talk to youโ€ฆwe are looking for career motivated and results oriented sales talent.


Wyyerd Fiber is looking for sales individuals to drive business internet service sales in the South Bay San Diego, CA area. While we welcome experience, itโ€™s not necessary. Wyyerd Fiber is looking for people that are serious about being able to follow a proven process and consistently grow their negotiating and leadership skills. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and has experience in sales and client management. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven individual who can generate new leads with targeted businesses.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage new SMB prospects and clients in the South Bay San Diego, CA area.

  • Generate new leads with targeted businesses through designated prospecting activities.

  • Schedule and meet with SMB owners/IT managers.

  • Promote Wyyerd Fiber's positive reputation and brand image in the marketplace.

  • While not mandatory, it will help to have a good understanding of telecommunication connectivity, phone VOIP services, data-use cases, telecom billing, and the competitive landscape.

  • Cultivate relationships with owners, IT managers, community leaders and business associations in the area.

  • Participate in community events and activities as a company representative.

  • Actively coordinate with the SMB & Executive sales team to perform sales tasks.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.

Experience/Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of direct sales experience in SMB sales or client management.

  • Proven sales experience and success.

  • Highly organized and communicative with colleagues and leaders.

  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

TOTAL REWARDS

No cap on commissions - top performers earning $125,000 to $250,000
โ€ข Available Shift: (Tuesday โ€“ Saturday)
