YOUR IMPACT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide a warm, genuine welcome to every guest at the bar and in the dining room.
  • Craft and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
  • Present beverage menus that highlight small-batch cocktails, featured spirits, and rotating flavor options.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all drink recipes, garnishes, and ingredients, including rotating features and promotions.
  • Recommend pairings and cocktails, as well as spirits and food offerings, through conversational hospitality.
  • Manage the pace of the bar with professionalism-balancing guest flow, ticket volume, and takeout orders.
  • Prepare and serve drinks for servers' guests efficiently and accurately, maintaining strong communication with the service team.
  • Handle all cash and card transactions with accuracy, integrity, and accountability.
  • Maintain bar organization, cleanliness, and presentation-including bar tops, wells, coolers, shelves, and floors.

Required Skills
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
