The hourly rate for this job is $12/hr + $8-$13/hr in tips

ButterMilk Ranch is in search of an upbeat, positive food runner to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant to enhance customer experience, requiring strong communication, physical stamina, and a professional demeanor. The ideal candidate thrives in a busy environment and knows when to kick it into high gear. You'll be instrumental in ensuring that every guest's experience starts and ends on a high note, and ensuring the food is correct and delivered in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet guests upon their arrival and departure, fostering a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  • Prompt Delivery: Delivering food orders accurately and quickly from the kitchen to guests, ensuring proper table identification
  • Checking that dishes are prepared correctly and plated according to restaurant standards before leaving the kitchen 
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication to interact with guests and staff efficiently
  • Clean and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
  • Cooperate with all team members to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Ability to stay organized, multitask, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
