Position Summary:
We are hiring Operators and Production Associates for multiple departments throughout our manufacturing facilities. Opportunities are available for individuals with machine operation, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience, as well as those looking to start a long-term career in manufacturing. Positions are available across multiple shifts and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Process, fabricate, inspect, and handle glass products according to specifications.
  • Monitor quality standards and identify defects or non-conformances.
  • Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures.
  • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
  • Maintain accurate production records when required.
  • Support team production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.


Available Shifts:

  • Day Shift: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM
  • Weekend Shift: Friday through Sunday, 3:00 PM to 3:30 AM

Requirements:

 Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
