Parkview Health is actively recruiting a Board Eligible/ Board Certified Family Practice physician to join their team in Ligonier, Indiana.

Specifics of the Role

  • Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm but potential for extended hours for improved patient access
  • Minimum Required Hours Per Week: 36 hours
  • Call Schedule: 1:8 for outpatient call
    • All calls are triaged through the nurses

The Team

  • The team consists of 1 physician and 2 advanced practice providers.
  • The team covers general family medicine cases including pediatrics, adult and geriatrics, chronic disease management and optional OB.
