Requirements
What You Will Do
• Build and manage a portfolio of accounts, with responsibility for the full relationship from first call to completed project
• Prospect and develop new business across commercial real estate, property management, construction, small business, school systems, and related industries
• Actively network within your territory through industry events, trade associations, and professional relationships to generate leads and build ASB's presence in the market
• Manage projects through our internal teams, keeping customers informed and timelines on track
• Write and deliver accurate proposals that reflect a real understanding of what the customer needs
• Learn our production and installation capabilities so you can speak credibly with customers and represent our work with confidence
• Maintain a live pipeline in our ERP system and report on activity with transparency
Who We Are Looking For
We are open to backgrounds. If you have signage sales experience or sold into property management companies, commercial real estate developers, general contractors, school systems, or the print and graphics industry, your experience translates well. We will also consider a sharp entry-level candidate who is hungry, coachable, and ready to work.
• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of one year of outside sales experience, or strong academic and internship background for entry-level consideration
• Experience in signage, commercial real estate, property management, construction, distribution, or printing and graphics sales is a genuine advantage
• Clear communicator who can hold a room and follow through in writing
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and timelines without dropping the ball
• Willing to travel regionally and occasionally nationally as business requires
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience a plus
