General Purpose
Drives personal truck or automobile over specified geographic areas to locate and report sign and lighting outages and

- Follows assigned patrol routes via the Servizio app on your cell phone, thoroughly checking all waypoints on the route for sign and lighting outages and service opportunities
- Maintains constant surveillance from vehicle to identify additional sign and lighting outages and sign service issues
- Utilizes the Servizio handheld to document outages by taking pictures and recording other details such as problem reported, sign/lighting elevations, customer name, address
- Estimates size and characteristics of outage or service issue, and reports findings to supervisor
- Relays information to other interested departments, store managers, and/or owners
- Performs other functions as necessary or as assigned
- Interacts regularly with supervisor, service, and sales employees in the field and in the office to discuss observations of possible sales/service leads and/or service issues
