The Opportunity
Are you a creative, sales-oriented professional with a passion for luxury design and leadership? Kravet is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead the daily operations of our Nashville Showroom. This full-time position reports directly to the Vice President and requires a professional who is deeply passionate about serving the interior design community. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, family-led global leader, managing a high-performing team and ensuring an exceptional showroom experience across all product categories.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Manage daily showroom operations with a high level of ownership, accountability, and independent initiative to align people with organizational strategy.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities with high-potential designers and new accounts, conducting active customer outreach to convert leads into business.
  • Collaborative Sales: Partner strategically with local outside sales representatives to maximize sales potential across all product categories.
  • Operational Excellence: Support the monthly rollout of new merchandise, maintain back-office operational standards, and organize showroom sampling and materials.
  • Culture & Staff Management: Manage and coach showroom staff to create a positive work culture that rewards teamwork and results.
  • Digital Integration: Utilize Google Suite, video conferencing, and strong computer skills to efficiently manage showroom workflows and communications.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a record of proven results, alongside 5 years of managerial or assistant managerial experience.
  • Industry Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the interior design industry (Interior Design, Designer Assistant, Showroom Sales, or management experience).
  • Education: A college degree, preferably in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or related fields, is a plus.
  • Client Relationship Mastery: An established client relationship or following within the local interior design community is preferred.
  • Leadership & Design Sense: Strong, inherent leadership qualities paired with good color and design sensibility to develop sales opportunities.
  • Professional Demeanor: An outgoing, organized, energetic, self-motivated, and positive personality with excellent communication skills.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (No weekends).
Compensation: Kravet offers a competitive pay range based on experience, credentials, and expertise. Our comprehensive benefits include health & wellness insurance, 401(k) matching, generous PTO, and employee discounts.
Pay range: This role is estimated to pay between $86,000 - $90,500 annually. This consists of an annual base salary of $70,000 to $74,500, plus a monthly incentive bonus which is based on showroom sales.
This role is also eligible for quarterly and annual bonus based on showroom sales.
