**Job Description:**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Showroom Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks, including sample management, customer support, and communication with factories. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our showroom and supporting our sales and production teams.


**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and send out product samples to customers and retail partners.

- Assist customers in the showroom, providing product information and support.

- Maintain and update Excel sheets for tracking orders, samples, and approvals.

- Coordinate and follow up on sample approvals with the design and production teams.

- Communicate effectively with factories to ensure timely production and delivery of samples and orders.

- Organize and maintain the showroom, ensuring it is presentable and well-stocked.

- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.


**Qualifications:**

- Associate degree or higher preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
