Reports To: Managing Partner

FLSA: Non-exempt

Job Summary:

The Showroom Associate is responsible for welcoming clients to the showroom, providing an overview of the company’s products and services, and ensuring a positive first impression. This role serves as the initial point of contact for prospective clients and facilitates a smooth handoff to the appropriate sales representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner
  • Conduct showroom tours and explain company offerings, products, and services
  • Understand client needs at a high level and direct them to the appropriate sales representative
  • Maintain the appearance and organization of the showroom at all times
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate client visits with the sales team
  • Track and log visitor information and client inquiries
  • Support the sales team by ensuring a seamless client experience from arrival to handoff
  • Assist with showroom events, promotions, and special client visits as needed

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or showroom environments preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and manage client flow in a fast-paced environment
