Part-Time Front Desk & Showroom Associate
Location: Denver, CO
Job Type: Part-Time (20–30 hours per week)
Pay: $19.30–$22 per hour, depending on experience
About Us
Azari Rug Gallery is a family-owned luxury rug gallery that has served Colorado for over 35 years. We specialize in hand-knotted rugs, professional rug washing, and restoration. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable team member to be the face of our showroom.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and create a warm, professional first impression
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule rug cleaning, pickup, delivery, and consultation appointments
- Respond to customer emails and messages
- Process sales, invoices, and customer payments
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and inviting
- Assist customers with basic product questions
- Perform general administrative and office tasks
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Retail, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred
Schedule
- Approximately 20–30 hours per week
- Must be available to work 2–3 weekdays and Saturdays
- Typical showroom hours are Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
