Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs calibrations on service tools of mechanical, electrical, and electronic instruments, gauges, and testing devices for accurate readings, measurements, and data
  • Inspect equipment/tools to make sure they are in good condition and report those that are worn, damaged, lost, or unsafe to use
  • Report any unusual/unsafe trends in tool usage to management
  • Unloading and loading machines from the trucks and moving machines in/out from the showroom.
  • Commissioning and decommissioning machines in the showroom
  • Trade Show Support
  • Perform scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly preventative facility/showroom maintenance
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested

Requirements:

  • Experience in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues of machine tools
  • Proficient knowledge of electronic and mechanical aspects of CNC machines, preferably 5-axis machines
  • Understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics in machine tools
  • Proficiency in using computers
  • Professional Interaction with Customers
  • Microsoft Office knowledge is mandatory
