Job description

Overview
The Assistant Showroom Manager will assist the showroom manager with maintaining a best in class Sales and Showroom environment. They will be responsible for the managing of multiple sample collections. They will personify highest standards around organization, and communication internally and externally. This individual will possess high interpersonal and organization skills.
Responsibilities
• Assist with maintaining the NY Office Showroom Calendar
• Manage the NY SPARC (Showroom Sample) closets
• Assist with showroom set-up and breakdown during Domestic/International Market
• Process salesman request after each market.
• Maintain Anchors, Carryovers and Replen for each season according to line list and merchandising guidelines
• Maintain Sample Sale box and Warehouse log
• Assist with Market Appointment set-up
• Assist with and Liaison with Facilities team on necessary building needs
• Track and coordinate samples to Sales Field team and tradeshows.
• Assist with Meeting and greeting clients during high traffic times, ensuring their arrival is seamless on the Showroom floor
• Assist Showroom Manager with NuOrder Process
Qualifications
• 2-3 years of experience in an office environment
• MS Office Proficient
• Highly motivated, self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills
• Flexible, organized, self-sufficient team player
• Excellent time management skills; with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
