General Summary:

We’re looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to own and drive execution across our Shopify storefront. This role is highly operational and project-driven — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced ecommerce environments, can manage competing priorities, and knows Shopify inside and out.


You’ll lead the ecommerce backlog and coordinate the launch of promotions, landing pages, collection updates, merchandising initiatives, and onsite optimizations to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize ecommerce backlog tickets and project timelines
  • Coordinate launches for promotions, campaigns, seasonal drops, and landing pages
  • Execute and oversee content management within Shopify
  • Update and optimize collection pages, navigation, merchandising, and onsite content
  • Create and manage A/B tests to improve conversion and user experience
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, creative, operations, and development teams
  • QA site updates before launch to ensure accuracy across desktop and mobile
  • Monitor site performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization
  • Maintain strong operational processes to keep projects moving efficiently toward deadlines


Experience and Skills:

  • 3+ years of ecommerce management experience in Shopify
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Experience working with creative and development teams
  • Deep hands-on experience with Shopify and Shopify theme/content management
  • Experience working with ticketing/project management system Jira
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce operations and merchandising workflows
  • Experience launching promotions, campaigns, and landing pages at scale
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and CRO best practices
  • Strong understanding of how to manage subscription models ideally Recharge platform
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills
  • Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ownership mentality

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
