Role Overview: Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, the E-commerce Associate will play a key role in supporting the execution and optimization of the company's digital strategy. This highly organized and detail-oriented team member will help manage day-to-day site functionality and implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the growth of high-impact e-commerce programs aimed at driving revenue and elevating the customer experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and digitally savvy—with a passion for clean beauty and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

They will support both ongoing operations and strategic initiatives across DTC and third-party platforms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Website Operations & Content Management: Manage day-to-day website operations to ensure alignment with the DTC marketing calendar, including timely updates for product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal refreshes.

Implement all Shopify content updates, including new product listings, pre-launch pages, upsell SKUs, GWPs, and homepage changes. Run QA testing for all site updates and conduct regular accessibility audits to ensure accuracy, functionality, compliance, and performance. Assist in the launch of new e-commerce initiatives, platform integrations, and performance optimization tools.

Help maintain project plans that contribute to ongoing conversion and AOV improvements through testing and rollout support. 2. Promotions & Campaign Execution Implement and test sitewide promotions, gift-with-purchase offers, upsell SKUs, and campaign assets across the website and digital channels.

Coordinate with the Creative team to submit and manage requests for website assets that support promotional efforts. 3. Channel & Platform Management Execute day-to-day management of e-commerce platforms and the Affiliate Program.

Optimize listings, campaign participation, and merchandising to support growth and ensure consistency across channels per direction from the e-commerce manager. Partner with the e-commerce manager and any agencies to ensure campaign alignment. 4.

Affiliate & Partnership Support Support the Affiliate Program through daily execution tasks, including managing editor orders, discount code approvals, and monthly reporting reviews. Collaborate with our affiliate agency and internal teams to ensure campaign alignment. 5.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting Maintain performance trackers that assist with monitoring KPIs such as conversion rate, sessions, and AOV. Prepare reporting for the e-commerce manager review and surface any immediate anomalies or trends to the e-commerce manager for further investigation. Assist the e-Commerce Manager in building documentation and SOPs to support scalable, repeatable digital workflows.

6. Technology & Development Coordination Serve as the point of contact for our development agency, managing the ticketing system, prioritization, and QA of site enhancements and bug fixes. Maintain internal documentation and project management boards related to development projects and timelines.

7. Cross-Functional Coordination & Support Partner with Customer Experience and Operations teams to resolve issues related to customer orders, fulfillment, or product visibility. Act as a key liaison for e-commerce-related troubleshooting and cross-functional alignment.

Experience: • 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital merchandising, or a related role. • Familiarity with the beauty, skincare, or consumer goods industry is a strong plus. • Prior experience with Shopify Plus and e-commerce platforms/tools/SaaS products.

Skills & Expertise: • Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and project management abilities. • Proficiency in monitoring key performance metrics and using data to drive decision-making. • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting timelines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience supporting digital campaigns, merchandising strategies, and product launches across various channels. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. • Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable mindset; willing to learn and roll up your sleeves to support team success.
