ABOUT THE ROLE 


We're looking for a curious, organized, and digitally fluent Digital Content Associate to join our marketing team. This is a junior role built for someone who wants broad exposure across the full digital marketing stack — you'll touch email, content, project coordination, and more. You won't be siloed. You'll learn fast, own real work from day one, and grow into a well-rounded digital marketer.

Navitas Organics: Acquired by Laird Superfood in early 2026, Navitas Organics is a superfood company specializing in organic, nutrient-dense ingredients like cacao, maca, and chia. RESPONSIBILITIES 


Marketing Project Management 

  • Help manage the marketing calendar, tracking campaigns, content deadlines, and cross-functional deliverables 
  • Coordinate between internal teams (creative, product, ecommerce) and external agencies or contractors to keep projects moving on time 
  • Maintain project management tools — creating briefs, updating timelines, and flagging blockers 
  • Support campaign launches from briefing through QA, helping ensure assets and copy are ready and accurate before go-live 


Retention Marketing & CRM 

  • Assist in building, scheduling, and QA-ing email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo 
  • Help manage and maintain audience segments, flow triggers, and suppression lists 
  • Assist with A/B test setup and document learnings to improve future sends 
  • Help maintain list hygiene and assist with loyalty or subscription program communications 


Content Management 

  • Own the organization and maintenance of digital asset libraries — keeping files named, versioned, and accessible across the team 
  • Support content updates on the website (Shopify) including product copy, imagery, banners, and landing pages 
  • Coordinate content requests — writing clear briefs for creative and design teams and tracking requests through completion 
  • Help maintain a content calendar and ensure assets are delivered on time across email, social, and site 


General Digital Marketing Support 

  • Support paid social and SEO teams with asset coordination and content needs as they arise 
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices and bring relevant ideas to the team 
  • Assist with performance reporting across channels using Claude — pulling data from Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Shopify, and other platforms into digestible summaries 


QUALIFICATIONS 


  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, content, or ecommerce role (internships count) 
  • Familiarity with email marketing — Klaviyo experience is a strong plus 
  • Comfortable working in Shopify or a comparable ecommerce platform 
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Strong written communication skills — you can write a clear brief, a sharp subject line, or a concise status update 
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Notion, or similar) 
  • Analytically curious — you're comfortable pulling basic reports and making sense of what the numbers say 
  • A self-starter who asks questions and doesn't wait to be told what to do next 
  • Experience using Claude to improve workflows and maximize outputs 


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Experience at a DTC or CPG brand 
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo flows and segmentation 
  • Familiarity with Meta ads & paid media 
  • Basic design skills in Canva, Adobe or Figma — enough to resize an asset or make a minor edit
