Job description

Idea Nuova is seeking a highly organized, creative, and digitally savvy Digital Content Lead to drive content execution, digital asset management, brand storytelling, and eCommerce growth across our portfolio of home décor and home textile brands.

This role sits at the intersection of creative, marketing, and eCommerce, partnering closely with Sales, Product Development, Design, and Leadership teams to deliver compelling digital experiences across Walmart, Amazon, Shopify, social media, and key retail channels.

The ideal candidate is passionate about digital content, visual storytelling, emerging technologies, and AI-powered creative workflows, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

eCommerce Content & Digital Merchandising

  • Lead the creation, management, and optimization of product listings across Walmart, Amazon, Shopify, and other digital platforms.
  • Oversee product page content, imagery, enhanced content, and digital merchandising standards.
  • Maintain consistent templates, brand presentation, and content quality across all online channels.
  • Partner with Sales, Creative, and Product Development teams to support product launches and seasonal initiatives.
  • Utilize AI-powered creative tools and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and content quality.

Digital Asset Management & Project Coordination

  • Establish and maintain centralized systems for managing photography, creative assets, and digital content.
  • Organize projects by brand, retailer, category, and launch timing to ensure visibility and accountability.
  • Track content development timelines, photography schedules, approvals, and launch readiness.
  • Maintain organized asset libraries and ensure teams have easy access to approved content and creative resources.

Photography, Imaging & Creative Execution

  • Lead coordination and execution of eCommerce photography, lifestyle imagery, and digital assets.
  • Partner with internal teams, overseas offices, and external vendors to source and manage creative assets.
  • Leverage AI tools to create, enhance, and adapt imagery for retail, marketing, and brand initiatives.
  • Monitor asset needs, revisions, approvals, and project status to ensure timely execution.

Brand Content & Creative Direction

  • Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, visual standards, and creative consistency.
  • Help shape digital storytelling and content strategies across owned and licensed brands.
  • Collaborate on seasonal campaigns, retailer presentations, and brand-building initiatives.

Social Media & Brand Engagement

  • Manage and grow social media channels including Idea Nuova, Urban Shop, Cozy Haven, and Little Nest.
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Create engaging content including product launches, lifestyle imagery, showroom features, reels, brand storytelling, and promotional campaigns.
  • Partner with internal teams to coordinate content creation and social media execution.

Shopify & Brand Website Management

  • Support the development and ongoing management of the Cozy Haven Shopify storefront.
  • Maintain product uploads, digital assets, website content, and overall brand presentation.
  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to improve customer experience and online engagement.

AI Innovation & Team Enablement

  • Serve as a champion for AI-powered creative tools and workflow optimization across the organization.
  • Research, test, and recommend emerging technologies that improve efficiency, creativity, and scalability.
  • Participate in ongoing training and share best practices with cross-functional teams.
  • Help identify opportunities where AI can enhance content creation, design, organization, and digital execution.

Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital content, eCommerce, marketing, creative operations, or related fields.
  • Experience managing content across Walmart, Amazon, Shopify, or similar eCommerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital merchandising, product content, social media, and brand marketing.
  • Experience with AI-powered creative tools, image editing platforms, and content generation technologies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Shopify, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
