Content Marketing Specialist

Do you love creating content that people actually stop scrolling to watch?

Wooltari is looking for a creative, hands-on marketer who can transform ideas into engaging content across social media, email, video, and our e-commerce platform. You'll own campaigns from concept to execution, collaborate with creators and influencers, and use both creative instincts and performance data to grow our brand and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and other digital channels.
  • Content Creation: Produce compelling content including Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, blogs, newsletters, product descriptions, landing pages, and video scripts.
  • Social Media Growth: Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging social platforms through strategic content planning and community engagement.
  • Influencer & Partnership Marketing: Identify, build, and manage influencer relationships, affiliate programs, and brand partnerships.
  • Creative Production: Design graphics and edit videos using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
  • AI Content Creation: Utilize AI tools such as Nano Banana, Gemini, Veo, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to accelerate creative production and marketing workflows.
  • Performance Marketing: Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and platform insights to continuously improve engagement, reach, and conversion.
  • Content Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends, social media algorithms, and competitor activity to continuously improve Wooltari's digital presence.
  • Brand Storytelling: Create culturally relevant content that connects with Korean-American communities while introducing K-Food to a broader U.S. audience.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years focused on content creation and digital marketing.
  • Creative Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and visual storytelling abilities.
  • Digital Marketing: Experience managing social media platforms and interpreting marketing analytics.
  • Creative Tools: Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar design and video editing software.
  • AI Tools: Experience using generative AI tools for content creation, including image, video, and copy generation.
  • Languages: Professional fluency in both Korean and English (Required).
  • Mindset: Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership from idea to execution.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working for an e-commerce company or consumer brand.
  • Shopify content management experience.
  • Experience with SEO and content optimization.
  • Photography and videography experience.
  • Experience managing successful influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Agency or in-house digital marketing experience.
