We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support our warehouse and manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for receiving incoming materials, preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring materials move efficiently throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Unload, organize, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Coordinate with the Shipping & Receiving Manager to ensure timely processing of materials and shipments.
  • Keep warehouse, shipping, and receiving areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Assist production and assembly teams by delivering materials and components as needed.
  • Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties.
  • Comfortable using computers, scanners, and inventory systems.
  • Forklift certification
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Manufacturing or industrial environment experience is a plus.
