Join our team at Birchwood Foods as a Shipping & Receiving Associate!
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to support our shipping, receiving, and inventory operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
  • Safely unload and load trucks with incoming and outgoing product.
  • Ensure order and inventory accuracy through established processes, including data entry and generating computerized reports.
  • Maintain product quality and temperature standards throughout transfer and storage.
  • Follow inventory control practices to ensure all Birchwood Foods standards are met.
  • Maintain facility sanitation and housekeeping, including cleaning, sanitizing, and proper storage of equipment and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and HACCP requirements.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in shipping and receiving required.
  • Ability to safely operate power equipment (including forklifts).
  • Computer literacy and accurate data-entry skills.
