Job description

Shipping & Receiving Associates Needed in Medina, OH - 1st & 2nd Shift
MJ Morgan Group is looking for driven Shipping & Receiving Associates to join our growing team. We value consistency and a strong work ethic, someone who wants to work in a distribution environment and could see career growth in the field.
Description: Operating a forklift and an RF Scanner to pick/pull orders and stage them for outbound shipping. Also will assist on quality checks and unloading incoming materials.
Shifts:
1st (6:15am - 2:45pm) or (7am - 3:30pm) - $18/hr
2nd (2:30pm - 11pm) - $19.50/hr

Contract/On-Boarding Process:
Temp-to-Hire / Resume required, interview required, drug test required.

This position has a clear track for training and growth within the company. Upon completing your hours, you will be converted to FTE to start your career!

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 18 years of age!
  • Previous manufacturing or distribution experience preferred.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
