Shipping & Receiving / Forklift Operator
Job Overview
We are seeking dependable and experienced Shipping & Receiving Associates with strong forklift skills to support warehouse and logistics operations. This role is hands-on and requires operating forklifts (including clamp trucks), loading/unloading shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts and clamp trucks safely and efficiently throughout the shift
  • Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments, including trailers and trucks
  • Move, stage, and organize materials within the warehouse
  • Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and inspect for damage
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activity
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times
  • Support general warehouse operations, including cleaning and organization
Schedule
  • Typical schedules may include:
    • Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Monday-Friday: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Schedule flexibility is required based on operational needs
  • Employees may be asked with short notice to:
    • Start earlier than scheduled
    • Stay later than their planned end time
