What are Setter Closers?

Setter Closers are sales professionals who work as part of a two-step sales process. The 'Setter' initiates contact with potential clients, qualifies leads, and schedules appointments, while the 'Closer' conducts the sales presentation and finalizes the deal. This role is commonly found in high-ticket sales environments such as coaching, consulting, or real estate. Setter Closers often work together as a team to maximize efficiency and conversion rates. Their combined efforts help ensure that only highly qualified leads reach the closing stage, increasing overall sales success.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Setter Closer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Setter Closer, you need strong sales acumen, persuasive communication abilities, and a solid understanding of the products or services being offered. Familiarity with CRM systems, lead tracking software, and sometimes specific industry certifications are typically required. This collaborative dynamic fosters a team-oriented environment focused on achieving shared sales goals.
