Remote High Ticket Sales Closer – High Ticket Medical Aesthetics

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Sales Closer to join our growing team. Our focus is on regenerative medicine focused on treatments that restore health and confidence at a cellular level. This role is focused on converting qualified inbound leads into paying clients through consultative sales conversations, strategic follow-up, and effective pipeline management. The ideal candidate excels in relationship building, organization, results-driven, and experienced in high-ticket closing.

Schedule

  • Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Flexible remote schedule

Compensation

  • Commission Only
  • Full commission for PIF
  • Expected earnings: $12,500–$25,000+ per month
  • Performance bonuses available

Compensation Structure

  • 10% commission on company-provided deals
    • 5% paid at deposit collection and 5% paid at full close/payment
  • 20% commission on self-generated deals
    • $500 bonus per $50,000 generated while maintaining a 30%+ close rate

KPIs & Performance Expectations

  • Generate $125,000+ in new business revenue monthly
  • Close approximately 25 treatment units per month
  • Take a minimum of 6 inbound calls per day
  • Maintain at least a 30% live-call close ratio
  • Keep 12 available 30-minute calendar slots open daily
  • Generate additional calls through self-sourced outreach efforts

Requirements

  • Previous sales closing experience
  • High-ticket sales experience strongly
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Ability to manage CRM systems and follow structured processes
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled sales consultations with qualified inbound prospects provided by the appointment-setting team
  • Build rapport with prospective clients and guide them through the consultation and enrollment process
  • Basic education on treatments to recommend appropriate solutions based on their goals
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects who do not initially move forward
  • Manage and update CRM systems, pipeline activity, and client communication records daily
  • Maintain strong close rates while delivering a professional, high-level client experience
  • Participate in daily team meetings, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate closely with the appointment-setting team to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up continuously
  • Generate additional opportunities through referrals, organic outreach, and relationship-building efforts when applicable
