We are a rapidly growing company that specializes in providing top-notch accounting and financial services to businesses of all sizes. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team on a remote basis.

Job Description

As the Remote Financial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of our clients. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, cash-flow management, and sound financial decision-making. You will also provide financial guidance and help identify opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage financial operations for multiple clients
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts
  • Develop and monitor budgets and financial projections
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, revenue, and overall financial performance
  • Review financial transactions and ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Reconcile financial accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage and support accounting and finance team members
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to team members
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial procedures
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to clients and company leadership
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial management
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and reporting
  • Experience managing or leading a finance or accounting team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting/financial management software
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Experience working with multiple clients is preferred
