Job description

The Appointment Setter plays a vital role in supporting clients with setting up appointments for policy reviews. You’ll work closely with both clients and internal team members to ensure timely follow-up, excellent communication, and smooth operational flow. This is a non-sales, client-support role focused on high-quality service and task execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule client appointments for policy reviews, renewals, or service needs using internal scheduling tools 
  • Manage the team’s shared calendar to ensure accurate and efficient time management
  • Document all client interactions, scheduling updates, and notes in the agency management system
  • Collaborate with team members to route service tasks appropriately
  • Ensure a positive and supportive experience for each client interaction


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience (insurance industry preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
