Job description

Outbound Appointment Setter / Growth Operator (Remote, US Time Zone)

About ArevMedia

We’re a lean performance marketing agency that helps US business owners who already spend on paid ads (including lawyers and other local businesses) get more customers with Meta ads and follow‑up systems. We’re profitable and small, and now I want a long‑term “running mate” to own lead generation.
Right now, I’m the founder and also the entire lead gen department. That has to change.

Role Summary
Your full‑time job is to build and run a predictable, outbound and follow‑up engine so my calendar stays full of qualified sales calls. I’ll own offers, content creation, and sales calls. You’ll own the pipeline.
What You’ll Do (Daily)

  • Work warm and cold leads from:
  • Our lists
  • Cold email campaigns (Instantly / Lemlist / Heyreach)
  • Inbound leads and referrals inside GoHighLevel
  • Start and manage conversations via email, LinkedIn/DM, and phone, and book qualified calls to my calendar.
  • Follow a structured follow‑up cadence (multi‑touch, multi‑day) so no lead is left hanging.
  • Reactivate old leads and past prospects with simple campaigns and offers.
  • Keep the CRM clean and accurate: every lead has a status, notes, and next step.
  • Cut and publish basic short‑form clips from my recorded content (CapCut / similar) with simple hooks and captions.
You Are

  • Experienced in B2B appointment setting / SDR / high‑ticket agency or service sales.
  • Relentless about volume and follow‑up; you enjoy the grind of outreach.
  • Comfortable talking to US business owners, including lawyers and local operators.
  • Organized with CRM / pipeline tools (GoHighLevel or similar).
  • Coachable, low‑ego, and hungry for a long‑term seat where your income grows with the business.
Compensation

  • Base:$2,000 USD/month.
  • Performance:
  • Bonus per qualified show you put on the calendar.
  • Additional bonus pernew client closedfrom your pipeline.
  • Clear KPIs: within ~90 days, consistently 10–15 qualified calls/week with strong show rates.
  • As we scale, there is room for higher upside tied to net new MRR / growth.
Tools We Use

  • GoHighLevel (CRM, email, text)
  • Instantly / Lemlist
  • Heyreach
  • LinkedIn + email + phone

How to Apply

  2. A brief overview of the best outbound / follow‑up system you’ve run (numbers, channels, results).
  3. Your current situation and why you want a long‑term role helping build this engine from the ground up.
