Job description

POSITION TITLE: Patient Services Manager
Location: AHN Beaver, Beaver Pa
Now seeking an experienced Dining Services Manager preferably with experience in a healthcare setting to lead our AMAZING Patient Dining Services Team at AHN Beaver. Stellar communications skills are required, must be tech savvy able to quickly learn new systems and smart technology.
Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for a Rock Star Patient Food Services Manager who shares our passion for Food and Service. The PSM plans, coordinates and manages all in-room Patient Dining. The primary focus of our Patient Services Manager is the overall leadership of the Server Team and oversight of the Patient Experience, ensuring amazing food, unexpected service and the ability to engage with our patients to utilize the ordering system and/or assist in the menu selections and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
The Patient Services Manager primarily functions as a member of the multidisciplinary health care team to implement nutrition care plans. A successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of the importance of Customer Relations, Dining Experience, and Employee Management. While experience working in the Patient Food Services setting would be ideal, some of our most successful Patient Services Managers have a background in Restaurant General Manger roles. HOSPITALITY minded leadership is a MUST.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree Desired
  • Patient Services or Restaurant Manager experience required
  • AMAZING Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills
  • Creating effective communication documents including summaries, reports and letters
