Job description

Customer Service Representative

Fast-paced transportation brokerage is seeking a part time customer service representative. Hours are 6:30am to 12:30 pm Monday through Friday (this is subject to change); Saturday trainings will be required. This position requires ability to learn and maintain information on a daily basis with an emphasis on multitasking and extreme attention to details. 95% of your time will be spent on the telephone. Telephone and basic computer skills are a must; sales or transportation experience a bonus. The right candidate will have high energy and a noticeable positive attitude they share easily with customers and team members. Motivated individuals of all ages (over 18 please) are encouraged to apply.
