We are currently seeking an exceptionally organized, self-motivated and highly qualified Operations Manager for the Dock and Door Division of our local material handling dealership. As we grow, we are looking for new Team Members who will embrace our culture, vision and values and commit to be the best in all areas of our business.ย 
As a manager for Wiese, you are the driver of culture, operations, and safety for one of the nationโ€™s largest and oldest Cat Lift Truck dealers. You manage all aspects of our business at the local level and implement Wieseโ€™s strategic plan to achieve specific goals of profitability and growth. You lead by example, promoting our Wiese vision, values and culture, and safety while supporting all that has made Wiese a leader in the material handling equipment and service industry.ย 
A Wiese Manager knows the market and anticipates the needs of current and prospective customers. The successful candidate will lead a service and parts staff to its highest revenue potential, work as a partner with our sales and rental teams and lead local safety efforts to ensure our Team Members go home healthy every day.

  • Ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks/projects
  • Basic understanding of business management, financial documents, team building, motivation skills.ย 
  • Effective computer skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
