Responsibilities

As our Service Manager, you'll lead the daily operations of a high-performing service department while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee all aspects of automotive service, repair, and maintenance operations.
  • Lead a productive, efficient, and profitable service department through effective staffing, customer retention, and cost management.
  • Establish departmental goals and drive performance to achieve key objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze monthly sales, gross profit, expenses, and other performance metrics.
  • Ensure all Acura and Frank Leta training requirements are completed and maintained by yourself and your team.
  • Enforce dealership processes, including repair order write-up, dispatch, multi-point inspections, and active vehicle delivery.
  • Deliver and model exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and through email.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Achieve dealership performance goals, including CSI, Hours per Repair Order (Hrs/RO), and Effective Labor Rate (ELR).
  • Promote and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
  • Manage shop equipment and special tools to ensure proper use and maintenance.
  • Lead your team by exemplifying the Leta for Life culture and values.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Ability to quickly diagnose problems and make sound decisions
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, repair procedures, and manufacturer specifications
  • Commitment to ensuring customer vehicles are returned clean and undamaged
